  1. Go n-éirí an bóthar leat
    Go raibh an ghaoth go brách ag do chúl
    Go lonraí an ghrian go te ar d’aghaidh
    Go dtite an bháisteach go mín ar do pháirceanna
    Agus go mbuailimid le chéile arís,
    Go gcoinní Dia i mbos A láimhe thú.

    May the road rise up to meet you.
    May the wind be always at your back.
    May the sun shine warm upon your face;
    the rains fall soft upon your fields
    and until we meet again,
    may God hold you in the palm of His hand

    Hello Joe,
    Many thanks once again for sharing your wonderful Camino. The beautiuful photos and reflections resonated greatly . The Irish Society of St James issue their own Pilgrim Passport that is used to collect / record sellos along the Camino and this old Irish blessing is printed on the inside cover.

    Have a safe journey back home and of course ……….. BUEN CAMINO ! ! !
